Local legal acts are a specific set of documents that should be in every organization and which governs the legal relationship between an employer and an employee. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the employer has the right, and in some cases is obliged to independently regulate part of the legal relations that arise between him and his employees.
Legal company "ProYuristBy" can develop the following local legal acts:
- Collective agreement. Regulates labor and socio-economic relations that arise between the employer and the employees working for him. At the same time, the terms of the collective agreement, which worsen the position of employees in comparison with the law, are invalid.
- Internal labor regulations. They can be both a separate document and an annex to the collective agreement, if the organization has approved a collective agreement.
- Regulation on wages. It is a mandatory local legal act in the event that the employer, in addition to wages, pays the employee bonuses, compensation payments and if the terms of remuneration are not in the collective agreement or other agreement.
- Job (working) instruction. It can be either an annex to the employment agreement (contract), or an independent document. The job description contains the rights and duties of the employee, as well as his responsibility.
- Orders, directives, instructions, resolutions, decisions, protocols. They are binding local legal acts of the organization. Non-issue by the employer of an order (instruction, resolution, decision, protocol) in cases provided for by law is a violation.

- Regulations on certification. It is a mandatory local legal act if the employer wants to dismiss the employee due to the inconsistency of the employee with the position of the employee (worker's profession) or the work performed due to insufficient qualifications that prevent the continuation of this work.
- Work schedules (shifts). They are binding local legal acts if the duration of daily work (shift) and (or) working hours are determined by the work (shift) schedule.
