The first step in registering an LLC is to agree on the name of the future organization. It is better to choose a euphonious name that is easy to remember and easy to write. To make sure that the name you have chosen is not busy, you can use the USR web portal.
It should also be borne in mind that in the name of an LLC, on the basis of the Decree of the Ministry of Justice "On the approval of the name" dated 05.03.2009 No. 20, it is impossible:
- use the official names of states, including former ones (both full and abbreviated);
- use the name of a legal entity that is contrary to public interests and other interests protected by law, the principles of humanity and morality, the names of persons, including the surname and own name, or only the surname, pseudonyms of famous persons, if they do not match the names of the founders (participants) and founders ( participants) have not received permission to use the name from such persons (their heirs);
- use the names of legal entities that are identical to the generally recognized names of foreign legal entities in foreign states, except for cases when the applicants have received permission to use such names on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

If you agreed on the name of the LLC and decided on the legal address of the LLC, then you can prepare documents for the registration of your LLC. To do this, you need to prepare the constituent document of your LLC (Charter), the decision of the sole founder of the LLC, if you are the sole owner. If there are several owners, then it is necessary to prepare the minutes of the meeting of the general meeting of the founders of the LLC.
It is also necessary to fill out an application for state registration of a legal entity, which is signed in the presence of the registrar.The minimum number of founders of an LLC can be 1 person, the maximum - 50 people.
The name is agreed, the legal address is found, all the necessary documents are filled in - almost everything is done before applying to the registration authority. Before the final step in registering an LLC, you must also pay a state fee. To date, the amount of the state duty payable is 2 b.v.
If you did everything right, the registrar of the registration authority will register your LLC in the USR and issue you a certificate of state registration of your LLC. After 5 working days, you will be able to pick up at the same registration authority a notice of registration of your LLC with the Social Security Fund, Belgosstrakh and the tax office.
After registering an LLC, you need to make an electronic digital signature (electronic key) with the FSZN attribute - this is necessary for submitting reports to your tax office, the FSZN and other bodies.
